About me
What I’m
not: I’m not a professional / certified nail technician. I don’t get paid to do
nails, nor have I received any “formal” training. I am also not a girly girl. I
usually dress in sweats or jeans, I don’t wear makeup often, and I visit the
hairdresser’s about once a year.
What I am
is a language teacher who loves nail art. In fact, my nails may be the most feminine
thing about me. I have been playing with nail art since 2014, started from zero
and worked my way up to people believing I have my nails professionally done. I learnt everything the old try-fail-repeat
way and of course by watching hours and hours of YouTube videos.
